Terms of Service

“秒回 MiaoHui” (the “Service”) is provided by 訊息傳導生命科技有限公司 (the “Company”). It is a web-based tool that helps merchants on Instagram / Facebook automatically reply to post comments and automatically send direct messages based on the keywords and flows they define.

The Service operates through Meta’s official API. Until Meta completes the relevant permission review, some automation features are provided as a demo in sandbox mode; live outbound sending will be enabled after approval.

• You must have full legal capacity and be an individual or merchant operating a lawful business.
• You must provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account and password, and for all activity under your account.
• You must hold legitimate management authority over the connected Instagram business account / Facebook Page.

When using the Service, you agree not to engage in the following:

• Sending spam, harassment, scams, or bulk messages without the recipient’s consent.
• Conduct that violates Meta’s Platform Terms, Developer Policies, or the Instagram / Facebook Community Guidelines.
• Transmitting illegal, defamatory, hateful, pornographic, infringing, or misleading content.
• Circumventing messaging rate limits, impersonation, or abusing the platform through automation.
• Collecting or selling others’ personal data, or using the Service for unlawful purposes.
• Attempting to crack, reverse-engineer, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

The Service offers the following plans (actual contents and prices are governed by the pricing page on our website):

• Free: Basic quota and features for trial use.
• Pro (NT$590/month, subject to the pricing page): Advanced automation quota and features.
• Business (NT$1,490/month, subject to the pricing page): Higher quotas plus team and commercial features.

• Paid plans are subscription-based and renew automatically at the end of each period unless otherwise agreed.
• Except where required by mandatory law or under a refund policy otherwise announced by the Company, fees already paid are non-refundable.
• The Company may adjust plan contents and prices with reasonable advance notice; adjustments do not apply retroactively to the current active period.

The Service’s automation features depend heavily on the APIs and policies provided by Meta (Instagram / Facebook). If Meta changes, restricts, or terminates its APIs, permissions, or policies, this may affect all or part of the Service’s functionality. As this is not attributable to the Company, the Company bears no liability for it, but will make reasonable efforts to notify you and offer alternatives.

The intellectual property rights in the Service’s software, interface, trademarks, design, and content belong to the Company or its licensors. Without prior written consent, you may not reproduce, adapt, distribute, or commercially exploit them. The flow configurations you create and the data under your account remain yours.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company makes no express or implied warranty as to the Service’s uninterrupted or error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, or the accuracy / effectiveness of automated reply content. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, and you should review it before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. The Company’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees you actually paid for the Service in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
• If you violate these Terms, applicable law, or Meta’s policies, the Company may suspend or terminate your account and service without prior notice.
• After termination, the handling of your data follows the Privacy Policy and the User Data Deletion Notice.

The Company may revise these Terms and will post a notice on the website or notify you by appropriate means. If you continue to use the Service after the revision, you are deemed to have agreed to the revised Terms.

These Terms are interpreted and applied under the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). For disputes arising from the Service, except as otherwise mandated by law, the parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance.
