Refund Policy

You may request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase or renewal charge. No reason is required.

Email support@shadowos.ai and include the email address you registered with, so that we can locate your payment.

After we receive your request, we will return the payment to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Fees already paid are non-refundable once more than 14 days have passed since the charge. You may still cancel your subscription at any time, and the Service remains available until the end of the current billing period.

The free plan is not charged, so no refund is involved.

If your payment is handled by a reseller or payment processor (a Merchant of Record), the refund will be carried out by that payment processor in accordance with this policy.
